CONSULTANCY

JCIC consultants orchestrate the expert doctor role,
so the JCIC’s consultancy process goes through five main phases:

Entry Phase

Discussing the action plan to tackle the client’s problems/s, defining skills and resources required, estimating financial cost, presenting and discussing with client and stake holders.

Diagnosis Phase

Implementing both academic and operational tools to define and understand a problem or a specific part of that problem, defining and analyzing data collected and synthesizing recommended actions.

Planning Phase

Developing solutions, evaluating alternatives, making proposals to clients, and planning for implementation.

Implementation Phase

Managing and/or helping the client with the change management process.

Termination Phase

Evaluating both the results achieved through implemented solutions, and the client consultancy-consultant relationship throughout the consultancy process.
